How the money works
From the Form 990 for the fiscal year ended June 2025 (Jul 2024 – Jun 2025) — read the filing ↗.

Common questions
What is JewishColumbus?
JewishColumbus's office is in Columbus, Ohio. JFNA's Federation directory assigns it 192 ZIP codes — the office location alone doesn't tell you who it serves. Its calendar lists 43 upcoming community events, the next on Fri, Oct 9, plus services, holiday dates or meetings you can filter to below.
What area does JewishColumbus serve?
The Federation's office is in Columbus, but an office location doesn't define a service area. JFNA's Federation directory assigns it 192 ZIP codes; enter yours in the FedFinder finder to see which Federation that directory lists for your address, and confirm with the Federation if you live near the edge of its area.
How do I get in touch with JewishColumbus?
Use the form on this page. It comes to FedFinder first, and with your permission we forward it to JewishColumbus. FedFinder can't guarantee a reply — how and whether to respond is up to the Federation. Its own website is www.jewishcolumbus.org.
Do I need to be a member or a donor to take part?
Often not — many Federation programs, volunteer projects and newcomer activities are open to the wider community. Some events are for donors, members or particular groups, so check each listing's eligibility and registration with the host.
What events does JewishColumbus have coming up?
43 upcoming community events are listed, starting with "Fress Takes: Feasting on Joy - Shabbat Club with Micah Siva" on Fri, Oct 9. Check eligibility and registration with the host before you go.
How large is JewishColumbus?
Its most recent IRS Form 990, for the fiscal year ended June 2025, reported $7,016,281 in revenue — the 4th-largest by revenue of the 8 Ohio Federations that publish IRS filings. It had 42 employees that year. Revenue measures size, not effectiveness or impact. A Federation files after its fiscal year closes, and FedFinder adds each new return as soon as the IRS publishes it.
