This Privacy Policy describes how FedFinder ("FedFinder," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit fedfinder.org, submit a form, or otherwise use our website and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a form through the Services โ€” including a "Get in touch" form on a Federation's page or our contact and corrections form โ€” we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, the organization you select, your stated interests, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and your use of the Services, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, searches performed, the dates and times of your visits, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies.

If you choose to use a location feature, such as "Use my location," your device may share its location with the Services so that we can identify Federations near you.
